You will learn a simple, powerful ‘Presence’ practice that can be used daily to manage stress. This powerful guided meditation that brings you back to the here-and-now, instead being trapped in the past or lost in the future.

Using a holistic approach we conduct a 1.5 hour talk for clubs, societies and any homogenous or heterogeneous group of people.
